Elianny Lantigua

Dr. Elianny Lantigua is a Medical Doctor (M.D.) and Master of Healthcare Management (MHA) from the Dominican Republic, currently training as a Pediatric Resident at Yale, while leading a non-profit organization that hosts free clinics to provide medical, dental, and mental health services, treatment, and healthcare education to children living in underserved communities.

She is passionate about developing self-sustainable health programs to empower communities to take care of their health and reduce preventable diseases. Her main interests are pediatrics, public health, and health research.

Pedro Gonzalez

Co-Founder & CEO

Dr. Pedro Gonzalez, a Puerto Rican native, completed his Pediatrics residency at Yale School of Medicine and is now an Assistant Professor at Emory University, where he specialized in Pediatric Urgent Care and Ultrasound. His love for travel and culture, combined with his medical background, deepened his commitment to Global Health. He aims to provide essential medical care to children in need and to impact future generations through the Health Come True Foundation.

Marietta Vazquez

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Marietta Vázquez is Professor of Pediatrics at Yale School of Medicine and the Inaugural Vice Chair of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She studies the effectiveness of vaccines, focusing on how factors like age, gender, and race impact vaccine efficacy, and her work on the pneumococcal conjugate vaccine shaped clinical guidelines during shortages. A leader in diversity advocacy, Dr. Vázquez has spearheaded educational initiatives on unconscious bias, anti-racism, and equity, making diversity training mandatory in Yale’s Pediatrics Department, while also working to recruit and retain underrepresented minorities.

Andrea Sotomayor

Chief Financial Officer

Andrea Sotomayor holds a Master’s degree in Management from Harvard University Extension School and Bachelor’s from Florida State University. Her career background includes roles in healthcare tech, academia tech, and the energy industry. As an entrepreneur and philanthropist, she absolutely loves building and growing businesses and creating projects that have a lasting impact.
